【摘要】：本文針對(duì)制造企業(yè)中小型項(xiàng)目所遇到的財(cái)務(wù)問題,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀及項(xiàng)目周期有充分認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,從財(cái)務(wù)的角度分析每個(gè)階段所遇到的難點(diǎn)問題,其中包括項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理意識(shí)淡薄、項(xiàng)目投資可行性分析不全面、籌資分析不恰當(dāng),成本預(yù)算分析不準(zhǔn)確、現(xiàn)金流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)能力低、項(xiàng)目收入的預(yù)測(cè)難等。中小型項(xiàng)目中的一切活動(dòng)都是變化著的,靈活性大,需要運(yùn)用有效的針對(duì)中小型項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)的財(cái)務(wù)方法去管理和監(jiān)測(cè)這些不定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),這也是制造企業(yè)中小型項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。我通過總結(jié)和分析,運(yùn)用一些基本的財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論來闡明對(duì)制造企業(yè)中小型項(xiàng)目(以氮化硅回收項(xiàng)目為例)整個(gè)生命周期中的財(cái)務(wù)管理,這些方法主要包括了分析項(xiàng)目可行性的SWOT分析、Five Forces、PEST分析法、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的德爾菲法和經(jīng)理人員集體審定法等,通過敏感性分析得出氮化硅項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的敏感性因素,通過控制這些關(guān)鍵的較為敏感的因素實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)氮化硅回收項(xiàng)目的有效控制,從而保障項(xiàng)目按時(shí)、按質(zhì)、按預(yù)算完成。最后,運(yùn)用盈虧平衡分析法分析項(xiàng)目最低產(chǎn)量,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的投入和收益能夠很好的預(yù)測(cè)�？傊�,項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)問題也就存在于項(xiàng)目的變化性,在項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和預(yù)測(cè)階段我們能夠進(jìn)行細(xì)致的資料收集和有效的財(cái)務(wù)分析,并能采取有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理方法來預(yù)測(cè)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn),定能有效保障項(xiàng)目的成功。
[Abstract]:The financial problems encountered in small project manufacturing enterprises, based on a full understanding of the current situation and the project cycle, this paper analyzes problems encountered in each stage from the financial point of view, including the project financial management consciousness, project investment feasibility analysis is not comprehensive, analysis of financing is not appropriate, cost budget analysis not accurate, cash flow risk monitoring ability is low, income is difficult to predict. All activities in small and medium-sized projects are changing. Flexibility is great. It is necessary to use effective financial methods for small and medium-sized projects to manage and monitor these non quantitative risk points, which is also the characteristics and difficulties of small and medium-sized project management in manufacturing enterprises. I through the summary and analysis, using some basic financial theory to explain the small project manufacturing enterprises (with silicon nitride recovery project for example) financial management of the entire life cycle, these methods include the SWOT analysis of project feasibility analysis, Five Forces, PEST analysis, risk assessment and manager Delphy Fa the collective examination method, through sensitivity analysis to calculate the sensitivity factors of silicon nitride in the implementation of the project, to achieve effective control of the whole silicon nitride recovery projects through the sensitive control of these key factors, so as to ensure the project on time and according to quality and budget. Finally, the profit and loss analysis method is used to analyze the minimum output of the project, and the input and income of the whole project can be well predicted. In short, changes of the financial problems of the project also exist in the project, in project planning and forecasting stage we can analyze detailed data collection and effective finance, and to take effective financial management methods to predict these risks, can effectively guarantee the success of the project.
