【摘要】:全員生產(chǎn)維修TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)是上個(gè)世紀(jì)七十年代日本企業(yè)最先提出來的一種全新的生產(chǎn)維修方式,經(jīng)過近半個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)如今TPM已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展成為了各大型制造型企業(yè)主流的設(shè)備及質(zhì)量管理思想。萬里公司作為我國航空工業(yè)的一家重要的生產(chǎn)研制單位,承擔(dān)著我國國防工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)與制造的重要使命,所以開展TPM設(shè)備質(zhì)量管理體系是企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要,也是我國國防工業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高綜合實(shí)力的需要。本文以萬里公司作為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)探討了TPM管理理念在萬里公司設(shè)備管理體系中的應(yīng)用情況。本文首先分析和綜述了針對(duì)TPM理論與實(shí)踐的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)相應(yīng)的理論及重要概念進(jìn)行了辨析與探討,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文深度分析研究了當(dāng)前萬里公司的設(shè)備管理體系,以及萬里公司設(shè)備管理體系中存在的問題以及對(duì)于企業(yè)運(yùn)營的影響。在對(duì)現(xiàn)狀有了較為清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)之后,本文重點(diǎn)研究了萬里公司基于TPM設(shè)備管理體系的構(gòu)建,分別從TPM設(shè)備管理體系的構(gòu)成、萬里公司設(shè)備管理體系的完善以及6S管理幾個(gè)方面分析了萬里公司應(yīng)該如何有效地完善基于TPM的設(shè)備管理體系。最后,本文分析了萬里公司實(shí)施TPM設(shè)備管理體系應(yīng)該采取的措施,這些措施包括了以下幾個(gè)方面:首先是需要建立TPM的活動(dòng)小組,這需要企業(yè)的管理人員從TPM活動(dòng)小組的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、活動(dòng)目標(biāo)、互動(dòng)階段以及管理活動(dòng)上都有較為明確的認(rèn)識(shí)。其次是對(duì)于員工的培訓(xùn),本文從對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容和方法方面都提出了建議。最后是關(guān)于萬里公司設(shè)備管理組織的調(diào)整。總之,本文是以萬里公司為分析和研究單位,重點(diǎn)探討了TPM技術(shù)在企業(yè)設(shè)備管理體系中的應(yīng)用,希望本文能為萬里公司有效的開展基于TPM的設(shè)備管理體系提供一些理論上的指導(dǎo)與建議。
[Abstract]:Total productive maintenance TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a new mode of production and maintenance of last century in Japan in 70s the enterprise first put forward, after nearly half a century of development, now TPM has become the mainstream of the large-scale manufacturing enterprises and equipment quality management. Million in China Aviation Industry Company as an important manufacture unit, bear the important mission of R & D and manufacturing products in China's defense industry, so the equipment to carry out TPM quality management system is the enterprise's own development needs, but also to China's defense industry to further enhance the comprehensive strength of the. This paper, taking Wanli company as the research object, focuses on the application of TPM management concept in the Wanli company's equipment management system. The paper first analyzed and summarized according to the TPM theory and practice of domestic and foreign research status, and the corresponding theory and important conceptions and discussed, on this basis, this paper deeply analyzes the current management system of equipment 10000 company, and 10000 company equipment management system problems and the impact on the business operation. After having a clear understanding on the current situation, this paper focuses on the construction of TPM million in the company equipment management system based on TPM structure, respectively from the equipment management system in company equipment management system and 6S management analysis of several aspects of 10000 companies how to effectively improve the equipment management system based on TPM. Finally, this paper analyzes the implementation of TPM equipment management system should take measures in the company, these measures include the following aspects: the first is to establish TPM group activities, which requires the enterprise management personnel from the TPM group's organizational structure, activity goal, interaction stage and management activities are more clearly the. Second, the staff training, this article from the contents and methods of staff training are put forward. Finally, it is about the adjustment of the Wanli company's equipment management organization. In conclusion, this article is based on Wanli company as an analysis and research unit, focusing on the application of TPM technology in the enterprise equipment management system. I hope this article can provide some theoretical guidance and suggestions for Wanli company to carry out the TPM based device management system effectively.
