【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快，現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭形態(tài)發(fā)生變化，軍事行動領(lǐng)域不斷拓展，社會各個領(lǐng)域與軍事的聯(lián)系日益廣泛，國防建設(shè)從社會其他領(lǐng)域吸收知識、技術(shù)、人才等資源的渠道越來越多，國防和軍隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型又反作用于經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。作為資源投入少、產(chǎn)出效益高的國防發(fā)展模式，“軍民融合”已成為全球性的發(fā)展大勢，軍民科技資源互補(bǔ)和軍民一體化成為了世界各國發(fā)展軍事技術(shù)的主要做法，軍用技術(shù)和民用技術(shù)、軍用產(chǎn)業(yè)和民用產(chǎn)業(yè)相輔相成、互動發(fā)展，形成了強(qiáng)大的“保軍”實(shí)力和全球競爭優(yōu)勢，軍民融合式發(fā)展是當(dāng)代國防發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然選擇，也是現(xiàn)階段國家安全戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和軍事戰(zhàn)略需要解決的重要問題。身處這樣的環(huán)境，國有軍工企業(yè)該如何把握機(jī)會，謀求快速發(fā)展勢在必行。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外軍民融合發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀的研究，以及國內(nèi)軍工企業(yè)面臨的發(fā)展環(huán)境分析，結(jié)合DDA公司的優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀確立了其未來的發(fā)展方向。文中通過對DDA公司面臨的外部環(huán)境分析，確定其未來發(fā)展所面對的機(jī)會和威脅。然后，通過對DDA公司的內(nèi)部要素分析，借助SWOT矩陣，確定出DDA公司應(yīng)充分利用的外部機(jī)會以及自身優(yōu)勢，在有效規(guī)避企業(yè)競爭劣勢與外部威脅后形成企業(yè)的核心競爭力。之后對DDA公司未來的業(yè)務(wù)做出明確規(guī)劃，最后結(jié)合DDA公司內(nèi)部因素與外部環(huán)境的分析結(jié)論，得出最適合DDA公司未來十年發(fā)展應(yīng)采用的集中差異化戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy, modern warfare changes, the field of military action continues to expand in all areas of society and military ties more widely, more and more channels to absorb knowledge, construction of national defense technology, personnel and other resources from other areas of society, national defense and military transformation and counterproductive in economic construction, promote economic development. As a resource of less investment, high output of the national defense development model, "civil military integration" has become the development trend of global military technology, complementary resources and civil military integration has become the main approach of the world countries in the development of military technology, military and civilian technologies, military industry and civil industry complementary and interactive development, the formation of a strong "" to protect the military strength and global competitive advantage, the development of military and civilian integration is the inevitable choice of the development strategy of modern national defense, and national security strategy, the current stage of development strategy and military strategy to solve important problems. In such an environment, it is imperative for state-owned military enterprises to grasp the opportunity and to seek rapid development.
