文章摘要:針對現(xiàn)階段煤礦從業(yè)人員生產培訓中存在的不足,以淮南礦業(yè)集團潘三礦1622綜采工作面為例,引出了基于三維可視化與虛擬仿真技術的綜合機械化采煤虛擬仿真系統(tǒng)的設計與開發(fā),利用3D MAX三維建模軟件對礦區(qū)地形、地質及綜采工作面采煤機、液壓支架、刮板輸送機等生產機械設備進行三維模型的創(chuàng)建,并結合Converse3D虛擬現(xiàn)實制作軟件對系統(tǒng)的界面UI和交互進行設計,提出了系統(tǒng)設計開發(fā)的完整流程。通過在潘三礦的應用結果表明:基于三維可視化及虛擬仿真技術開發(fā)的綜采工作面虛擬仿真系統(tǒng)具有易學性、真實性和交互性等特點,能夠快速激發(fā)工人的學習興趣,大大降低了工人安全培訓的時間。同時,也為工業(yè)生產的實時仿真,提供了新的研究方向。
Abstr:The existing problems of safety production training in coal mine employees at the present stage were analyzed. A three-dimensional visualization technology for designing and developing virtual simulation system in full mechanized mining face based on Three-Dimensional Visualization and Virtual Simulation was proposed,taking the full mechanized mining face of a mine 1622 in Huainan Mining industry Group Co. Ltd for example. 3D MAX was applied for modeling some mining area survey,geology and mechanized mining face shearers,hydraulic support, scraper conveyors and other production machines and equipments by three-dimensional solid modeling,texturing and rendering. And Converse 3D was used to design the system interface UI and interaction,a complete system design and development process was presented. Finally,by the practical application in Pan3 mine,it showed that the virtual simulation system full mechanized mining face based on three-dimensional visualization and virtual simulation has the characteristics such as easy to learn,reality and interaction,etc. It not only can quickly motivate the interest in learning of workers,and greatly reduce the time of safety training,but also for the real-time simulation of industrial production,it provides a new research direction.
