【摘要】：美國高等教育體系完善,其高等教育系統(tǒng)最顯著的特點在于實行以市場選擇為特征的社會參與型管理模式。作為公立綜合性大學代表的加州大學伯克利分校、作為私立研究型大學代表的萊斯大學和作為地方特色型大學代表的德州農(nóng)工大學既具有美國大學治理體系的共同特性,又分別在務實高效的科研管理、"以生為本"的寄宿書院式學生管理和"發(fā)展性"的人力資源管理等領域形成了自身的鮮明特色,這些做法與經(jīng)驗對我國大學內(nèi)部管理改革具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The system of higher education in the United States is perfect, and the most remarkable characteristic of its higher education system lies in the implementation of a social participatory management model characterized by market choice. The University of California, Berkeley, as a representative of a public comprehensive university, Rice University, as a representative of a private research university, and Texas Agricultural and Industrial University, which is a representative of a local characteristic university, have the common characteristics of the governance system of American universities. They have formed their own distinctive characteristics in the fields of pragmatic and efficient scientific research management, student-oriented boarding college student management and "developmental" human resource management, etc. These practices and experiences are of great significance to the internal management reform of Chinese universities.
