【摘要】：我國多數(shù)大型公立醫(yī)院行政管理和后勤保障系統(tǒng)的組織構(gòu)架至今仍然沿用計劃經(jīng)濟時代"小而全"的模式,其管理模式、運營體系及人力資源在市場經(jīng)濟條件下的現(xiàn)實弊端不斷暴露出來。從技術(shù)資源、交易成本理論、委托代理理論切入,論證了利用社會技術(shù)資源實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院后勤管理專業(yè)化的可行性。同時,提出了醫(yī)院后勤管理專業(yè)化改革需要注意的幾個關(guān)鍵性問題。
[Abstract]:The organizational structure of the administrative management and logistics support system of most large public hospitals in China still follows the "small and complete" model of the planned economy era, and its management mode. The practical disadvantages of operation system and human resources in the market economy have been exposed constantly. From the point of view of technical resources, transaction cost theory, principal-agent theory, This paper demonstrates the feasibility of using social technical resources to realize the specialization of hospital logistics management. At the same time, it puts forward several key problems that should be paid attention to in the reform of hospital logistics management specialization.
