【摘要】：通過(guò)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力進(jìn)而推動(dòng)其從容面對(duì)自己的職業(yè)生涯是應(yīng)用型大學(xué)責(zé)無(wú)旁貸的使命。文章以P-CMM人力資源能力成熟度模型的核心思想為指引,以學(xué)生的職業(yè)面向?yàn)轵?qū)動(dòng),以目標(biāo)就業(yè)職位的勝任力要求為導(dǎo)向,創(chuàng)建了學(xué)生職業(yè)能力成熟度模型,闡述了其能力層級(jí)、過(guò)程域、目標(biāo)等構(gòu)成要素的具體內(nèi)涵,并呈現(xiàn)了其測(cè)量與優(yōu)化功能的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It is the duty of applied university to cultivate students' professional ability and promote them to face their career calmly. This paper is guided by the core idea of P-CMM human resource capability maturity model and is driven by students' career orientation. Based on the competence requirement of the target employment position, this paper establishes the maturity model of students' professional ability, expounds the specific connotation of its competency level, process area and goal, and presents the application value of its measurement and optimization function.
