【摘要】：職業(yè)學校的發(fā)展離不開有效的師資管理,在國家深化改革、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級之際,職業(yè)師資的培養(yǎng)和管理尤為重要。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理已日趨成熟,基于現(xiàn)代人力資源管理模式,對當前職業(yè)學校師資管理中存在的問題進行分析,從人力資源管理理念、人力資源規(guī)劃與配置、人才引進與培養(yǎng)、績效考核和激勵等方面,探討職業(yè)學校師資管理的思路及改善途徑,促進職業(yè)學校長遠發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational schools can not be separated from effective teacher management. At the time of the deepening of national reform and industrial transformation and upgrading, the training and management of vocational teachers is particularly important. Based on the modern human resource management model, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of teachers in vocational schools, including the concept of human resources management, the planning and allocation of human resources, the introduction and cultivation of talents, the performance appraisal and encouragement, etc. This paper probes into the ideas and ways to improve the management of teachers in vocational schools in order to promote the long-term development of vocational schools.
