【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),國(guó)際人力資源管理問題也更受矚目。在新形勢(shì)下,本文聚焦于我國(guó)國(guó)際人力資源管理,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外國(guó)際人力資源管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了國(guó)際人力資源管理研究在當(dāng)前得到重視的理論與實(shí)踐背景,在理論的指導(dǎo)下歸納出我國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)行國(guó)際人力資源管理時(shí)面臨的關(guān)鍵問題,并給出相應(yīng)的策略建議以及未來研究發(fā)展方向,具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, the international human resource management has attracted more attention. Under the new situation, this paper focuses on the international human resource management of our country, and reviews the research status of international human resource management at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical background of the international human resources management research, and concludes the key problems that Chinese enterprises face when they carry out the international human resources management under the guidance of the theory. It is of theoretical and practical significance to give the corresponding suggestions and research directions in the future.
