【摘要】：通過加強外部合作交流來推動企業(yè)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新的協(xié)同式創(chuàng)新模式已經(jīng)得到了愈發(fā)廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而,關(guān)于協(xié)同式創(chuàng)新模式是否能夠真正提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效仍存有爭議。本文認(rèn)為,這種爭議的來源在于缺乏將組織外部關(guān)系與組織內(nèi)部管理結(jié)合起來的思考。為此,本文引入制度互補性理論,從知識管理的角度出發(fā)分析知識獲取、吸收和整合各個環(huán)節(jié)上制度要素的互補效應(yīng),探討了何種形式的組織結(jié)構(gòu)安排和人力資源管理措施能夠支持外部協(xié)同式的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略。通過選取來自中國不同行業(yè)的600多家大型企業(yè),初步檢驗了創(chuàng)新管理中不同制度因素間的互補性。
[Abstract]:The cooperative innovation model, which promotes internal innovation by strengthening external cooperation and communication, has been applied more and more widely. Whether the collaborative innovation mode can really improve the innovation performance of enterprises is still controversial. This paper argues that the source of this controversy lies in the lack of thinking about the combination of external relations and internal management of the organization. This paper introduces the theory of institutional complementarity, analyzes knowledge acquisition from the point of view of knowledge management, absorbs and integrates the complementary effects of institutional elements in various links. This paper discusses the forms of organizational structure and human resource management measures that can support external collaborative innovation strategies. More than 600 large enterprises from different industries in China are selected. The complementarities of different institutional factors in innovation management are preliminarily tested.
