基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略要求的YC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)家裝行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一。由于我國(guó)家裝行業(yè)進(jìn)入門(mén)檻較低,缺少統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范性,整體人員素質(zhì)低、人才缺乏一直是阻礙家裝企業(yè)發(fā)展的障礙。隨著家裝企業(yè)越來(lái)越正規(guī)化的管理,人力資源也越來(lái)越受到重視。但大部分企業(yè)在做人力資源管理時(shí),并沒(méi)有將員工職業(yè)生涯管理考慮進(jìn)去。正是因?yàn)檫@部分工作內(nèi)容的缺失,造成了很多員工工作積極性低、人員流動(dòng)性大、職業(yè)方向不明確等現(xiàn)象,在這種環(huán)境下,如何提升現(xiàn)有員工的工作能力、做好關(guān)鍵崗位的人員儲(chǔ)備成為各大企業(yè)能否在激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)每個(gè)階段的戰(zhàn)略分析,員工職業(yè)生涯管理都起著重要的作用。它不僅可以幫助企業(yè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的人才,而且還能促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此,員工職業(yè)生涯管理對(duì)YC公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略來(lái)說(shuō)有著重要的意義。本文以YC公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為導(dǎo)向,結(jié)合了 YC公司的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,分析了YC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理工作中存在的主要問(wèn)題:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層對(duì)員工職業(yè)生涯管理不夠重視、公司對(duì)員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃沒(méi)有起到引導(dǎo)作用、公司缺少基于員工職業(yè)生涯管理為導(dǎo)向的人力資源管理制度。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)參考大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、期刊論文及書(shū)籍,為YC公司的員工職業(yè)生涯管理提出如下解決方案:建立以員工職業(yè)生涯為導(dǎo)向的招聘體系、培訓(xùn)體系、績(jī)效體系及明確的晉升通道。本文通過(guò)對(duì)YC公司員工職業(yè)生涯管理進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),更好的調(diào)動(dòng)了 YC公司員工工作的能動(dòng)性和積極性,強(qiáng)化了 YC公司的人力資源管理效果,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)YC公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of domestic decoration industry in China, talent competition has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Because of the low entry threshold, lack of unified standardization, low overall personnel quality. The lack of talents has been an obstacle to the development of home improvement enterprises. With the more and more regular management of home improvement enterprises, human resources are paid more and more attention. But most enterprises are doing human resources management. It is precisely because of the lack of this part of the work content, resulting in a lot of staff work enthusiasm is low, staff mobility, career direction is not clear and so on. In this environment, how to improve the ability of existing employees. To do a good job of the personnel reserve of key positions has become a key factor for each major enterprise to enhance its core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. Through the strategic analysis of each stage of the enterprise. Employee career management plays an important role. It can not only help enterprises cultivate high-quality talents, but also promote the development strategy of enterprises. Employee career management is of great significance to the development strategy of YC Company. This paper takes the development strategy of YC Company as a guide and combines the current situation of human resource management of YC Company. This paper analyzes the main problems in the career management of YC company: the leadership does not pay enough attention to the management of the employee's career, and the company does not play a guiding role in the career planning of the employees. The company lacks a human resource management system based on employee career management. In view of these problems, this paper refers to a large number of relevant literature, journal papers and books. For the YC employee career management proposed the following solutions: to establish a career-oriented recruitment system, training system. Performance system and a clear path of promotion. Through the design of career management of YC employees, this paper better mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of YC employees. It strengthens the effect of YC company's human resource management, and has important significance to realize YC company's development strategic goal.
