【摘要】：融資租賃又稱“設(shè)備租賃”和“現(xiàn)代租賃”,它有效的地結(jié)合了“融資”與“融物”兩種模式,成為是一種區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)銀行等信貸機構(gòu)的新型金融手段。在發(fā)達國家現(xiàn)已成為繼銀行、證券之后的第三大融資模式。中國改革開放后,順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展潮流,現(xiàn)代融資租賃于1981年初現(xiàn)萌芽。歷經(jīng)20多年的緩慢發(fā)展,直到2007年《金融租賃管理辦法》出臺以后,受銀行系融資租賃公司的推動,融資租賃行業(yè)才進入迅速發(fā)展階段。融資租賃在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟過程中起到了重要作用。然而相比發(fā)達國家,中國還處于簡單融資租賃階段,還存在行業(yè)屬性不明、企業(yè)流動風(fēng)險大、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新不足等問題。對于融資租賃企業(yè)而言,制定正確的競爭戰(zhàn)略才能使企業(yè)處于不敗之地。興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司于2008年在上海成立,是日本興銀租賃株式會社全額出資的外商融資租賃公司,主營業(yè)務(wù)為融資租賃。為了應(yīng)對市場日趨激烈的競爭,確保公司能持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,公司必須制定自己的競爭戰(zhàn)略,通過創(chuàng)新走出一條差異化的道路�；谌谫Y租賃行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,本文以興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司為研究對象,通過PEST模型來分析興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境,通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)處在一個十分激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中。通過大量的文獻閱讀以及對公司的調(diào)查研究,對興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行了分析,然后運用SWOT模型來分析興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司的競爭優(yōu)勢和劣勢,結(jié)合所學(xué)習(xí)的戰(zhàn)略管理的知識,認為單一的競爭戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展,所以選擇了差異化加上集中化的多元化競爭戰(zhàn)略。為了保障競爭戰(zhàn)略的實施,公司同時建立健全的人力資源管理體系、加強信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、提高員工思想認識、加強各部門協(xié)作。本文共分為四章。第一章介紹了研究背景與意義,和研究方法等;第二章分析了興銀融資租賃(中國)有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題,并對產(chǎn)生問題的原因進行分析;第三章運用戰(zhàn)略管理的PEST方法及SWOT的戰(zhàn)略分析方法分析了融資租賃行業(yè)的競爭現(xiàn)狀;第四章通過前述章節(jié)的分析,具體制定符合企業(yè)的競爭戰(zhàn)略,明確目標(biāo)以及如何具體實施。
[Abstract]:Financial lease is also called "equipment lease" and "modern lease", which effectively combines two models of "financing" and "financial goods". It is a new financial means which is different from the traditional banks and other credit institutions. In developed countries, it has become the third largest financing mode after the banks and securities. After the reform and opening up, China conforms to the trend of economic development. Modern financial leasing is now sprout in early 1981. After more than 20 years of slow development, until 2007 "Financial Lease Management measures" came out, by the bank financial leasing companies to promote. The financial leasing industry has only entered the rapid development stage. Financial leasing has played an important role in the modern economic process. However, compared with the developed countries, China is still in the stage of simple financial leasing, and the industry attributes are still unknown. Large liquidity risk, insufficient business innovation and other issues. For financial leasing enterprises. Only by formulating the correct competitive strategy can the enterprise be in an invincible position. Xingyin Finance Lease (China) Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 in Shanghai. Japan Xingyin leasing co., Ltd. Is a fully funded foreign-funded leasing company. Its main business is financial leasing. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the company can develop steadily and continuously. The company must make its own competitive strategy, through innovation to find a differentiated road. Based on the current situation of financial leasing industry, this paper takes Xingyin Finance Lease (China) Co., Ltd as the research object. This paper analyzes the macro environment of Xingyin Financial Lease (China) Co., Ltd by means of PEST model. Through the analysis, it is found that the enterprise is in a very fierce market competition environment. Through a lot of literature reading and the investigation and research of the company, this paper analyzes the internal environment of Xingyin Finance Lease (China) Co., Ltd. Then the SWOT model is used to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Xingyin Financial Lease (China) Co. Ltd. Combined with the knowledge of strategic management the single competitive strategy can no longer adapt to the development of the company. In order to ensure the implementation of the competition strategy, the company simultaneously establishes a sound human resources management system, strengthens the information system construction, and improves the employees' ideological understanding. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the development of Xingyin financial leasing (China) Co., Ltd., as well as the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems; The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the financial leasing industry by using the PEST method of strategic management and the strategic analysis method of SWOT. Chapter 4th through the analysis of the previous chapters, the specific formulation of competitive strategy in line with the enterprise, clear objectives and how to implement.
