文章摘要:本文采用案例研究方法,,對(duì)中國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與企業(yè)績(jī)效的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究.研究發(fā)現(xiàn).現(xiàn)階段的中國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司高績(jī)效人力資源管理系統(tǒng)由員工選拔與配置、員工培訓(xùn)、員工參與、薪酬水平、激勵(lì)薪酬、內(nèi)部晉升、績(jī)效管理等七個(gè)方面構(gòu)成。高績(jī)效人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的建立有利于企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的形成,但不能提升企業(yè)績(jī)效。研究認(rèn)為:通過(guò)高績(jī)效人力資源管理系統(tǒng)形成的自主創(chuàng)新能力需要與企業(yè)外部環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)性相匹配才能提升企業(yè)績(jī)效。本研究為資源基礎(chǔ)理論在我國(guó)的運(yùn)用找到了使用條件,為創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司提升績(jī)效提供了思路。
Abstr:Through a standard case-study based research, this paper finds that the high-performance human resource management system of China's ChiNext companies at current stage consists of such seven human resource factors as staff recruitment and allocation, staff training, staff participation, incentive compensation, internal promotion, performance management and salary package. Establishing such a system can promote the development of a company's independent innovating capabilities, but can not enhance its performance. The study suggests that the performance of China' s ChiNext companies can be enhanced only when their independent innovating capability matches the external dynamics. The study successfully identifies conditions for the use of resource-based theory in China and provides a practica! basis for China's ChiNext companies to improve their performance.
