【摘要】：組織公民行為的對立面—反生產(chǎn)行為在企業(yè)中已普遍存在,且具有多樣性、隱蔽性和破壞性等特征,愈發(fā)引起研究者和管理者的高度關(guān)注。本文基于在職員工的雇傭體驗,以"行為認知"為主線,探索內(nèi)外部結(jié)合視角的雇主品牌與員工反生產(chǎn)行為之間的關(guān)系。文章以北疆地區(qū)國有企業(yè)為例,通過對230份問卷處理分析,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,以為雇主品牌對工作場所員工反生產(chǎn)行為具有顯著負向影響,但其具體維度對反生產(chǎn)行為的作用有所不同。
[Abstract]:The opposite of organizational citizenship behavior-anti-production behavior has been widespread in enterprises, and has the characteristics of diversity, concealment and destruction, which has attracted more and more attention of researchers and managers. Based on the employment experience of in-service employees and taking "behavior cognition" as the main line, this paper explores the relationship between employer brand and employees' anti-production behavior from the perspective of internal and external integration. Taking the state-owned enterprises in northern Xinjiang as an example, through the analysis of 230 questionnaires, this paper draws the conclusion that the employer brand has a significant negative impact on the anti-production behavior of employees in the workplace, but its specific dimensions have different effects on the anti-production behavior.
