【摘要】: 中國(guó)少兒英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)歷了引進(jìn)階段和發(fā)展階段,目前已逐步進(jìn)入了市場(chǎng)的成熟期,隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,加之部分機(jī)構(gòu)管理不規(guī)范,教學(xué)水平低下,收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不科學(xué),導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)混亂,以及教學(xué)方法差異化越來(lái)越小等制約因素,使得國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)少兒英語(yǔ)教育的擴(kuò)充速度都放慢了腳步,這些增加了A企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)難度。 本文通過(guò)分析,說(shuō)明了A少兒英語(yǔ)教育公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:A企業(yè))的發(fā)展方向,對(duì)于在其提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、促進(jìn)企業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚力上尋求突破與發(fā)展具有重要意義,并將有效地推動(dòng)A企業(yè)從優(yōu)秀走向卓越。本文通過(guò)明確A企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn),并通過(guò)內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境綜合評(píng)價(jià),從戰(zhàn)略高度對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了綜合分析。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)A企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題分析,提出在當(dāng)前的環(huán)境下,可以運(yùn)用目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的選擇與定位戰(zhàn)略、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)入戰(zhàn)略、強(qiáng)化品牌管理戰(zhàn)略、精細(xì)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理戰(zhàn)略、加強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷管理戰(zhàn)略和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理戰(zhàn)略等,達(dá)到增強(qiáng)A企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。 在中國(guó)少兒英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)秩序趨于規(guī)范的情況下,A企業(yè)應(yīng)積極適應(yīng)新的政策變化,充分利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),積極調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略,以使企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:The Chinese children's English training market has gone through the stage of introduction and development, and has gradually entered the mature stage of the market. With the increasingly fierce competition, coupled with the non-standard management of some institutions, the low level of teaching, the standard of fees is not scientific. As a result of the confusion of the market and the smaller and smaller differences in teaching methods, the expansion rate of most children's English education in China has slowed down, which has increased the difficulty of the operation of Enterprise A. Through the analysis, this paper explains the development direction of A Children's English Education Company (hereinafter referred to as "A A Enterprise"), in order to improve the core competitive ability of the enterprise and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. It is of great significance to seek breakthrough and development in enhancing the cohesion of enterprises, and it will effectively promote A enterprises from excellence to excellence. This paper makes clear the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of A enterprises, and through comprehensive evaluation of internal and external environment. From the strategic level, the enterprise is comprehensively analyzed. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of the strategic management of the A enterprise, this paper puts forward that under the current environment, the selection and positioning strategy of the target market, the entry strategy of the target market, and the strengthening of the brand management strategy can be used. Fine operation management strategy, strengthen marketing management strategy and team management strategy, so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprise A. Under the condition that the order of Chinese children's English training market tends to be standardized, enterprises should adapt to the new policy changes, make full use of their own advantages and adjust their strategies actively, so that the enterprises can be in an invincible position in the competition.
