健康環(huán)境行動(dòng)的影響因素及公民參與環(huán)境決策的貢獻(xiàn)研究

在過(guò)去的幾年中,中國(guó)社會(huì)中的不穩(wěn)定因素呈現(xiàn)出增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),其重要原因之一是大規(guī)模的環(huán)境污染。地方政府通常實(shí)施不符合環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的項(xiàng)目。這種做法不僅破壞了生態(tài)環(huán)境,同時(shí)也嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了人們的健康。中國(guó)公民似乎不愿意容忍這種污染,并經(jīng)常表達(dá)他們的反對(duì)意見(jiàn)。因此,本文聚焦于影響中國(guó)公民參與健康相關(guān)的環(huán)境行動(dòng)的意愿的可能因素。然而,公民采取行動(dòng)不僅僅只是為了表明他們對(duì)可能造成嚴(yán)重污染的項(xiàng)目的反對(duì)。這種(再)行動(dòng)(主要是示威和抗議)也被認(rèn)為是公民積極參與環(huán)境問(wèn)題決策過(guò)程的一個(gè)標(biāo)志。這使本項(xiàng)研究的第二部分成為焦點(diǎn),它主要描述了公眾參與對(duì)(可持續(xù)的)環(huán)境政策制定的貢獻(xiàn)。這項(xiàng)研究從分析中國(guó)的文化和政治背景開(kāi)始。就文化背景而言,本研究試圖對(duì)文化與中國(guó)公民參與健康相關(guān)環(huán)境行動(dòng)的意愿之間的可能聯(lián)系提供見(jiàn)解。本文詳細(xì)闡述了五個(gè)文化理論,即霍夫斯泰德文化理論,羅蘭·英格爾哈特的世界價(jià)值觀(分析),施瓦茨文化價(jià)值理論,GLOBE項(xiàng)目和邁克爾·明科夫的研究。由于這些文化研究之間的顯著相關(guān)性,本文分析了基于Hofstede和Inglehart模型的中國(guó)文化語(yǔ)境。在分析兩種文化理論之后,本研究還分析了具有廣泛深遠(yuǎn)影響的中國(guó)哲學(xué)——...
