【摘要】：正副職在領導班子建設中擔當著承上啟下、協(xié)調左右的角色,既是獨當一面、指揮若定的將帥,又是出謀劃策、傾力輔佐正職的助手,需要極高的職業(yè)素質。這些素質既包括出色的領導能力、組織能力、工作能力、宏觀掌控能力等,也包括對人性、人情的洞悉、參悟和把握。筆者根據多年的副職實踐,認為班子副職應具備如下基本素質。
