【摘要】:正在心理學(xué)中,眾多的個(gè)性測量工具都包括內(nèi)外向性這一維度。人們普遍認(rèn)為,個(gè)體在內(nèi)外向性方面存在顯著的差異性。在日常的工作和生活中我們也會發(fā)現(xiàn),有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部內(nèi)向些,有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部外向一些。關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部外向些好還是內(nèi)向些好,眾說紛紜,不一而足。一般來講,外向型的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)更加容易引人注目,顯得更有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)魅力一些,但是,為數(shù)眾多的內(nèi)向型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同樣也在工作崗位上發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文關(guān)注內(nèi)向型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特點(diǎn)及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力
[Abstract]:In psychology, many personality measurement tools include the dimension of introversion and extroversion. It is generally believed that there are significant differences between individuals in terms of introversion and extroversion. In our daily work and life, we will find that some leading cadres are introverted and some are extroverted. There are different opinions about the extroversion or introversion of leading cadres.
