【摘要】：正親和力是人與人之間信息溝通、情感交流的一種能力。它以善良的情懷和博愛的心胸為依托,是一種特殊稟賦和素養(yǎng)。對于領導干部而言,親和力更是一種人格魅力,它可以產(chǎn)生巨大的凝聚力,并轉(zhuǎn)化為強大的影響力和行動力。首先,親和力是聯(lián)系群眾的"助推器"。領導作風中最可貴的是平易近人,只有平易近人,才談得上堅持群眾觀點、群眾路線。相反,居高臨下,不近人情,即使身到基層,也可能脫離群眾。能否密切聯(lián)系群眾,親和力的作用顯而易見。其次,親和力是班子團結(jié)的"潤滑油"。團結(jié)是一個班子的生命,也是重要的成功之道。
[Abstract]:Positive affinity is a kind of ability of communication and emotional communication between people. It is based on kind-hearted feelings and fraternity, is a special endowment and accomplishment. For leading cadres, affinity is a kind of personality charm, which can produce great cohesion and transform into powerful influence and action. First, affinity is the "booster" that connects the masses. The most valuable aspect of leadership style is the approachable. Only by being approachable can we stick to the mass viewpoint and the mass line. On the contrary, condescending, inhuman, even to the grassroots, may also be divorced from the masses. Whether close contact with the masses, the role of affinity is obvious. Secondly, affinity is the "lubricating oil" of team unity. Unity is the life of a team and an important way of success.
