同級合作共事的思維方式探析

【摘要】:正有不少頗有才干的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,他們一般都能處理好與上級和下級的關(guān)系,卻難以和同級和睦共事,往往將同級之間的關(guān)系搞得很僵,甚至出現(xiàn)互相掣肘、四面受阻的難堪局面。出現(xiàn)這種現(xiàn)象,很多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者只從品德、情操、作風(fēng)、方法與藝術(shù)等方面去歸因、改進(jìn),很少從思維方式上去重視這個(gè)問題。其實(shí),在處理同級的相互關(guān)系方面,確立妥當(dāng)?shù)乃季S方式往往比方法與藝術(shù)更加有效。所以,各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在處理與同級的關(guān)系時(shí),既要講究方法和藝術(shù),還要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新解決問題的思維方式。一、運(yùn)用宏觀思維來考慮同級的建議和要求對于同級向自己提出的建議和要求,
[Abstract]:There are quite a number of competent leaders who are generally able to handle their relations with their superiors and subordinates, but they find it difficult to work in harmony with their peers, and often make relations between their peers very stiff, and even face an embarrassing situation of mutual restraint and obstruction. Many leaders attribute and improve only moral character, sentiment, style, method and art, and seldom attach importance to this problem from the way of thinking. In fact, proper thinking is often more effective than method and art in dealing with relationships at the same level. Therefore, when dealing with the relationship with their peers, leaders at all levels should pay attention to methods and art as well as innovative ways of thinking on problem-solving. First, use macro thinking to consider the suggestions and requirements of the same level for themselves.
