【摘要】：針對多屬性決策問題(MCDM)權重難以客觀確定的缺陷,提出一種基于灰色關聯(lián)分析和超效率數(shù)據(jù)包絡分析(DEA)的混合算法研究MCDM。對MCDM進行建模,利用灰色關聯(lián)分析計算各屬性的點關聯(lián)度,為了得到各屬性的相對最優(yōu)灰關聯(lián)度并將其充分排序,利用超效率DEA改進灰色關聯(lián)分析模型。該混合算法能夠更加客觀地確定權重向量,并且突破權重和為1的限制,使得均一的權重更加靈活;同時,可以得到各屬性的相對最優(yōu)灰色關聯(lián)度,超效率DEA能夠增強模型對灰關聯(lián)度的分辨能力。通過北京市商品房空置影響因素的實例分析驗證了該混合算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantage that the weight of (MCDM) is difficult to determine objectively in multi-attribute decision making, a hybrid algorithm based on grey correlation analysis and super-efficient data envelopment analysis (DEA) is proposed to study MCDM.. In order to obtain the relative optimal grey correlation degree of each attribute and to order it fully, the super-efficient DEA is used to improve the grey relational analysis model. The hybrid algorithm can determine the weight vector more objectively, and break through the limit of weight and 1, make the uniform weight more flexible, at the same time, we can get the relative optimal grey correlation degree of each attribute. Super-efficiency DEA can enhance the resolution of the model to grey correlation degree. The effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm is verified by an example of the factors affecting the vacancy of commercial housing in Beijing.
