【摘要】：正不做"完美"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,看起來是一個很消極的命題,但實(shí)際上它是一個很客觀、很理性的命題。按辯證法的觀點(diǎn)看,任何事物都是一分為二的。所以,完美的事物是不存在的。作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,想做"完美"的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者無可厚非,畢竟作為一種追求或理念會為自己的形象完善和工作卓越添加不少動力。但是,如果領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者沒有理性地把這種追求作為自我形象塑造的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并付諸實(shí)踐,就會使自己煩惱,讓他人抱怨,影響組織的和諧和工作的開展。因此,融于"完美"而又超脫"完美",才是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者"完美"之表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Not being a perfect leader seems to be a very negative proposition, but in fact it is a very objective and rational proposition. From a dialectical point of view, everything is split in two. So the perfect thing doesn't exist. As a leader, a leader who wants to be "perfect" has no problem. After all, as a pursuit or idea, he adds a lot of impetus to his image perfection and work excellence. However, if leaders do not rationally regard this pursuit as the standard of self-image creation and put it into practice, they will annoy themselves, make others complain, and affect the harmony of the organization and the development of work. Therefore, integration of "perfect" and transcendent "perfect" is the expression of leader's "perfection".
