【摘要】：科學家社群的"生態(tài)問題"一直是城市綠色治理的科學根據(jù),可是近十年來,"居民經(jīng)驗知識"典型挑戰(zhàn)了生態(tài)專家"客觀知識"。邁亞等人據(jù)此提出居民經(jīng)驗知識"象征論",即居民經(jīng)驗知識推動綠色治理具有多方面的潛力。居民經(jīng)驗知識的作用取決于公務(wù)員、決策者、利益相關(guān)者對它的看法和法律依據(jù)。芬蘭雖有法律可循,但應(yīng)用居民經(jīng)驗仍受制于決策者的價值觀。"居民經(jīng)驗""生態(tài)問題"孰輕孰重取決于對科學、權(quán)力的認知。居民經(jīng)驗科學知識的輸入就是居民提供感受快樂、逃避驚恐的方法。綠色治理融合"居民經(jīng)驗""客觀知識"是符合科學路徑和人民利益的。我國尚缺乏居民經(jīng)驗知識輸入的歷史基礎(chǔ),首先要在哲學層面上有所認識,才有決心推動實踐。
[Abstract]:The "ecological problem" of the scientist community has always been the scientific basis of urban green governance, but in the past decade, the "residents'experience knowledge" has challenged the "objective knowledge" of ecologists. Meya and others put forward the "symbolism" of residents' experience knowledge, that is, residents'experience knowledge has many potential to promote green governance. Usage depends on the opinions and legal basis of civil servants, policymakers and stakeholders. Although Finland has laws to follow, the application of resident experience is still subject to the values of policymakers. The importance of "resident experience" and "ecological problems" depends on the recognition of science and power. The input of resident experience and scientific knowledge is the provision of happiness for residents. It is in line with the scientific path and the people's interests to integrate "residents'experience" and "objective knowledge" into green governance.
