【摘要】：正履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在開(kāi)展工作時(shí),必須面對(duì)高度固化的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人員安排,同時(shí)也需要接受組織成員對(duì)其能否快速認(rèn)同的考驗(yàn)。履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能否快速轉(zhuǎn)變個(gè)人角色,采取組織成員可接受的工作方法,也影響著履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的開(kāi)局工作�；诰唧w困境分析,筆者認(rèn)為,可以通過(guò)實(shí)施必要的組織變革、加強(qiáng)履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織成員的心理調(diào)適,以及采取組織成員公認(rèn)的工作方法來(lái)破解履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可能遭遇的困境,繼而推動(dòng)履新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的順利開(kāi)局和組織的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The new leader must face the highly solidified organizational structure and personnel arrangement, and must be tested by the members of the organization. Whether a new leader can quickly change his personal role and adopt an acceptable working method for an organization member will also affect the beginning of the new leadership. Based on the analysis of specific difficulties, the author believes that we can implement the necessary organizational changes, strengthen the psychological adjustment of the new leaders and organizational members, and adopt the accepted working methods of the members of the organization to solve the difficulties that the new leaders may encounter. Then promote the smooth start of the new leadership and the stable development of the organization.
