【摘要】：正美國學(xué)者大衛(wèi)·V·戴等人把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究劃分為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力特質(zhì)學(xué)派、行為學(xué)派、權(quán)變學(xué)派、情境學(xué)派、懷疑學(xué)派、關(guān)系學(xué)派、新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力學(xué)派(新魅力、新愿景、新變革學(xué)派)、信息處理學(xué)派和生物進(jìn)化學(xué)派等九大學(xué)派。從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究文獻(xiàn)來看,變革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論是當(dāng)前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)界研究的熱點(diǎn),"在過去10年中,變革型與魅力型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,以及可歸類為新魅力型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型在所有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型中一直占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位"(大衛(wèi)·V.戴,
