【摘要】：正在中國(guó)社會(huì),大部分人都有從眾心理。用民間土話說(shuō),就是見(jiàn)樣學(xué)樣。因此,對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者而言,只要管好了幾個(gè)特殊人群,就能形成正確的導(dǎo)向,把特殊人群的表現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)化為整個(gè)社會(huì)的自覺(jué)行為。這也是管理學(xué)上常說(shuō)的示范帶動(dòng),能達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。三國(guó)時(shí)期,各路諸侯在特殊人群的管理上,留下了正反兩方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),值得參考借鑒。群體一:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)身邊的人關(guān)鍵詞:嚴(yán)管對(duì)身邊人的管理,最能反映領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的管理理念和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)。在古代,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)身邊的人多指家族勢(shì)力和寵臣,在現(xiàn)代多指秘書(shū)、司機(jī)等服務(wù)人員。在曹魏集團(tuán),曹操喜歡表?yè)P(yáng)人,也喜歡批評(píng)人。只是,曹操表?yè)P(yáng)的多是外姓人,比如說(shuō)荀是"吾之張良",說(shuō)典韋是"吾之樊噲"。而批評(píng)的多是曹仁、曹洪、夏侯、夏侯淵這樣的家族勢(shì)力,以及許褚這樣的貼身保鏢。
[Abstract]:In Chinese society, most people have a herd mentality. In folk vernacular, it is to see and learn from the example. Therefore, for leaders, as long as a few special people, we can form the correct guidance, the performance of the special group into the whole society conscious behavior. This is also often said on the management of the demonstration drive, can achieve twice the result with half the effort. In the period of the three Kingdoms, various princes left both positive and negative experiences and lessons in the management of special people, which is worthy of reference. Group one: leadership around the key words: strict management of the people around the most reflects the management philosophy and leadership art. In ancient times, the people around the leadership mainly refer to the family forces and courtiers, in modern times, secretaries, drivers and other service personnel. In Cao Wei Group, Cao Cao likes praise and criticism. However, Cao Cao praises many people with foreign surnames, such as Xunzi as "my Zhang Liang" and Dian Wei as "my Fan Kuai." The criticism is more Cao Ren, Cao Hong, Xiahou Yuan such family forces, as well as Xu Chu such bodyguards.
