【摘要】：謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的概念差異體現(xiàn)在在自我認(rèn)識、對待他人態(tài)度、動(dòng)機(jī)、情緒、行為方式等方面。并且,謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在管理員工、團(tuán)隊(duì)、組織方面分別存在優(yōu)勢和劣勢,謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間存在相互獨(dú)立且共存的關(guān)系�；诳缥幕芾淼囊暯�,研究顯示謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)存在潛在的文化差異,且具有不同的形成基礎(chǔ),并在內(nèi)隱領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論上存在差異,最后,二者均是文化適應(yīng)性的結(jié)果。未來研究可關(guān)注謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和自戀型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)涵的文化特異性、前因變量、研究方法、文化動(dòng)態(tài)建構(gòu)和文化認(rèn)同強(qiáng)度等問題。
[Abstract]:The conceptual differences between humble leadership and narcissistic leadership lie in self-understanding, attitude towards others, motivation, emotion, behavior and so on. In addition, humble leadership and narcissistic leadership have advantages and disadvantages in managing staff, team and organization, and there is an independent and coexisting relationship between humble leadership and narcissistic leadership. Based on the perspective of cross-cultural management, the study shows that there are potential cultural differences between humble leadership and narcissistic leadership, and they have different foundation of formation, and implicit leadership theory is different. Finally, both of them are the result of cultural adaptability. Future studies can focus on the cultural specificity, antecedent variables, research methods, cultural dynamic construction and the intensity of cultural identity of humble leadership and narcissistic leadership.
