【摘要】：正一個(gè)企業(yè)、一個(gè)部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到難以管理、讓人頭疼的下屬。他們?cè)趩挝晃倚形宜�、態(tài)度粗暴、不聽指揮、不講道理,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者做出決策和提出意見時(shí)總是第一個(gè)站出來表現(xiàn)出對(duì)立和反感情緒。我們姑且把他們稱為"蠻橫下屬"。如何化解該類下屬引發(fā)的單位內(nèi)部
[Abstract]:In an enterprise, the leader of a department often encounters difficult and troublesome subordinates.
