【摘要】：外界環(huán)境的變化要求組織進(jìn)行變革,而組織的創(chuàng)新需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的變革。變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者采取支持性的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為,這種行為所帶來(lái)的良好工作氛圍有利于組織新知識(shí)的產(chǎn)生。變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有內(nèi)外動(dòng)力機(jī)制和阻力機(jī)制,在變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的力場(chǎng)中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,減少阻力,增強(qiáng)動(dòng)力,為變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的啟動(dòng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以從更新觀念以實(shí)行文化變革、流程再造以實(shí)行組織變革、目標(biāo)定向并實(shí)行心理受權(quán)等三個(gè)維度來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The change of the external environment requires the change of the organization, and the innovation of the organization needs the change of the way of leadership. Transformational leadership requires leaders to adopt supportive leadership behavior, which brings a good working atmosphere conducive to the generation of new organizational knowledge. Transformational leadership has internal and external dynamic mechanism and resistance mechanism. In the force field of transformational leadership, leaders should take advantage of their advantages and avoid weaknesses, reduce resistance, strengthen power, and lay the foundation for the initiation of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership can be realized from three dimensions: renewing ideas to carry out cultural change, reengineering process to implement organizational change, goal orientation and psychological empowerment.
