【摘要】：正在幾次聽取干部調(diào)整考察情況匯報(bào)時(shí),縣委副書記、組織部長(zhǎng)張鋒注意到某鎮(zhèn)副鎮(zhèn)長(zhǎng)李某在個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)上存在一些問題。從訪談對(duì)象對(duì)他的評(píng)價(jià)來看,好與不好的評(píng)價(jià)都很極端,是個(gè)極富爭(zhēng)議的基層干部。為了更加全面地了解這名同志,張鋒先后與該鎮(zhèn)黨委書記、鎮(zhèn)班子成員、部分村干部代表進(jìn)行交流溝通,細(xì)致地詢問了一些爭(zhēng)議問題的細(xì)節(jié),對(duì)這個(gè)同志有了初步的、相對(duì)完整的第一印象。
[Abstract]:While listening to several reports on cadre readjustment, Zhang Feng, deputy secretary of the county party committee and director of the organization department, noticed that there were some problems in the personal growth of Li Mou, deputy mayor of a town. Judging from the comments of the interviewees, both good and bad comments are extremely extreme, and they are highly controversial grassroots cadres. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the comrade, Zhang Feng successively exchanged and communicated with the party secretary of the town, members of the town's leading bodies, and representatives of some village cadres, and carefully inquired about the details of some controversial issues, and had a preliminary view of the comrade. A relatively complete first impression.
