【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)成功與不成功的主客觀原因多種多樣。大凡比較成功的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,都是那些能夠比較好地做到順應(yīng)與引領(lǐng)辯證統(tǒng)一的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。順應(yīng)是引領(lǐng)的基礎(chǔ)、前提和條件,引領(lǐng)是順應(yīng)的延續(xù)、發(fā)展和目的。順應(yīng)與引領(lǐng)的辯證統(tǒng)一,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者必須掌握并運(yùn)用好的一項(xiàng)重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)原則和藝術(shù)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者既要堅(jiān)持以其作為一項(xiàng)重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)原則,又要將其作為重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù),把握順應(yīng)與引領(lǐng)的分寸、火候和技巧,做到既積極主動(dòng)順應(yīng)、尊重群眾意愿和要求,又在時(shí)機(jī)和條件具備時(shí)大膽果敢地引領(lǐng)群眾實(shí)現(xiàn)其愿望、要求、利益和目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:There are many subjective and objective reasons for the success and failure of leadership. Most successful leaders are those who can adapt and lead dialectically. Compliance is the basis, premise and condition of guidance, and guidance is the continuation, development and purpose of adaptation. The dialectical unity of compliance and guidance is an important principle and art that leaders must master and apply well. Leaders should not only adhere to it as an important leadership principle, but also regard it as an important art of leadership, grasp the sense of conformity and guidance, wait for fire, and achieve both positive and active compliance and respect for the wishes and requirements of the masses. And boldly lead the masses to realize their wishes, demands, interests and goals when the opportunity and conditions are available.
