【摘要】：正在組織機(jī)構(gòu)中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與下屬之間的關(guān)系是一種特殊的人際關(guān)系,其特殊性表現(xiàn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與下屬之間存在著權(quán)力關(guān)系、角色關(guān)系、互動(dòng)關(guān)系、信任關(guān)系等多重復(fù)雜關(guān)系,其中權(quán)力關(guān)系是角色關(guān)系、互動(dòng)關(guān)系、信任關(guān)系的基
[Abstract]:In the organization, the relationship between leader and subordinate is a kind of special interpersonal relationship. Its particularity is that there are many complicated relationships between leaders and subordinates, such as power relationship, role relationship, interaction relationship, trust relationship, etc. The power relationship is the basis of the relationship of role, interaction and trust.
