【摘要】：本文以貝葉斯決策理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了一個(gè)制度體系模型來模擬威權(quán)體制的決策過程,并通過求解均衡條件方法分析威權(quán)體制內(nèi)"下屬揣摩逢迎領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意圖現(xiàn)象"的原因、危害及應(yīng)對措施。分析結(jié)果表明,對上負(fù)責(zé)的制度設(shè)計(jì)是導(dǎo)致"下屬揣摩逢迎領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意圖現(xiàn)象"的根本原因;"下屬揣摩逢迎領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意圖現(xiàn)象"會造成兩種類型的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策偏誤,即"Ⅰ型決策偏誤"和"Ⅱ型決策偏誤"。進(jìn)一步的研究表明,單向透明的信息傳遞機(jī)制和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)自身的"勤政"努力對于緩解因"揣摩逢迎偏誤"而引發(fā)的"決策偏誤"都有正向作用。但是,如果要從根本上解決因"揣摩逢迎偏誤"而引發(fā)的"決策偏誤",則需要改變威權(quán)體制內(nèi)下屬業(yè)績評價(jià)及職業(yè)命運(yùn)由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)主觀決定的制度安排,并引入客觀的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of Bayesian decision theory, this paper constructs a system model to simulate the decision-making process of authoritarian system, and analyzes the reasons of "subordinate conferring leadership intention phenomenon" in authoritarian system by solving equilibrium conditions. The analysis results show that responsible system design is the root cause of "subordinates' understanding of leadership intention" and that "subordinates' understanding of leadership intention" will lead to two types of leaders' decision bias.
