【摘要】：組建有效的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)是協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心運(yùn)行的重要前提,以教育部首批認(rèn)定14家協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心為例,基于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心成員單位聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)利和合著論文為樣本構(gòu)建合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),對(duì)比分析組建前后合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征。結(jié)果表明:14家協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心在組建后,成員單位之間的合作深度不同程度的提高,但在合作廣度方面變化較小,成員單位合作也多為兩兩線(xiàn)性合作關(guān)系,且不少協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的牽頭單位并不是已有合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中心節(jié)點(diǎn)。提高協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心成員參與度,鼓勵(lì)高校參與已組建的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心,提高協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的深度與廣度,將協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心作為破除制約高校創(chuàng)新能力提升的載體,而非將其視為獲取資源的途徑,應(yīng)是今后協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心發(fā)展需關(guān)注的方面。
[Abstract]:The establishment of an effective cooperative network is an important prerequisite for the operation of the collaborative innovation center. Taking the first batch of 14 collaborative innovation centers identified by the Ministry of Education as an example, the cooperative network is constructed based on the joint patent application and co-author papers of the member units of the collaborative innovation center. The characteristics of cooperative network structure before and after establishment are compared and analyzed. The results show that after the establishment of the 14 collaborative innovation centers, the depth of cooperation among the member units increases in varying degrees, but there is little change in the scope of cooperation, and the cooperation of the member units is also mostly bilinear. And the lead unit of many collaborative innovation centers is not the central node of the existing cooperative network. We will increase the participation of the members of the collaborative innovation center, encourage universities to participate in the established collaborative innovation center, improve the depth and breadth of the cooperative network of the collaborative innovation center, and use the collaborative innovation center as a carrier to break down and restrict the improvement of the innovation ability of colleges and universities. Instead of seeing it as a way to access resources, it should be an area of concern for the future development of the Centre for Collaborative Innovation (Centro).
