【摘要】：社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開科技創(chuàng)新，科技的不斷出新改變著人們的生活�？萍寂c經(jīng)濟(jì)的緊密結(jié)合是順應(yīng)增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家戰(zhàn)略舉措的要求�？萍紝�(shí)力是衡量國家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素之一。產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作是國家科技創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作有利于集成企業(yè)、大學(xué)、科研院所的所有優(yōu)勢(shì)，有效聚集區(qū)域資源，提高創(chuàng)新要素的效率。產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作已經(jīng)成為遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力。搭建產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)，能夠有效促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作，因此加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)建設(shè)的研究，對(duì)遼寧深層次產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新工作的開展具有重要意義。 本論文通過綜合評(píng)述國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的相關(guān)研究成果，在相關(guān)理論和基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了遼寧省產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中存在的問題及影響因素，進(jìn)而順理成章地構(gòu)建一個(gè)適合遼寧省的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)。對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)運(yùn)行機(jī)制詳盡分析后，論文從產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的過程、構(gòu)建的技術(shù)選擇、模式選擇等分析了遼寧省產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建。最后分別從政府、產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作各方及產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)角度提出了完善對(duì)策，進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)遼寧省產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的實(shí)踐工作。 由以上研究思路，，本論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容含四個(gè)方面：第一，產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作概念界定、相關(guān)理論基及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀；第二，遼寧省產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的現(xiàn)狀分析；第三，遼寧省產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建，此部分是全文的核心內(nèi)容，強(qiáng)調(diào)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)性；第四，結(jié)合遼寧省實(shí)際，在影響因素的指導(dǎo)下，從不同角度對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作提出完善對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Social progress, economic development can not be separated from scientific and technological innovation, science and technology is constantly changing people's lives. The close combination of science and technology and economy is the requirement of strengthening independent innovation ability and building innovative national strategic measures. The strength of science and technology is one of the important factors to measure the competitiveness of a country. The cooperation of industry, university and research is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system. Promoting the cooperation of industry, education and research is beneficial to the integration of all the advantages of enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes, effectively aggregating regional resources and improving the efficiency of innovation elements. The cooperation of industry, university and research has become the core driving force of the industrial structure adjustment and the change of economic development mode in Liaoning Province. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the construction of industry-university-research cooperation platform, which is of great significance to the development of deep-seated industry-university-research cooperation and innovation in Liaoning Province. Based on the relevant theories and basic concepts, this paper summarizes the problems and influencing factors in the cooperation of industry, college and research in Liaoning Province. And then logical construction of a suitable platform for Liaoning Province cooperation between industry, education and research. After the detailed analysis of the operation mechanism of the industry-university-research cooperation platform, the paper analyzes the construction of the cooperation platform in Liaoning Province from the construction process, the construction technology choice, the mode selection and so on. Finally, from the angle of the government, the cooperation of industry, college and research and the platform of the cooperation of industry, college and research, the author puts forward the perfect countermeasures to further guide the practical work of the cooperation of industry, education and research in Liaoning Province. From the above research ideas, this paper mainly includes four aspects: first, the definition of the concept of industry-university-research cooperation, the relevant theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research status, second, the analysis of the current situation of the industry-university-research cooperation in Liaoning Province; Third, the construction of Liaoning Province cooperation platform, this part is the core content of the full text, emphasizing the systematization of the platform; Fourthly, under the guidance of the influencing factors, the author puts forward the perfect countermeasures to the cooperation of industry, college and research from different angles combined with the reality of Liaoning Province.
