【摘要】：提出了一種專利技術(shù)組合與合作潛力分析方法,針對特定機構(gòu)或領域的專利產(chǎn)出,利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、主題識別、關聯(lián)分析、可視化技術(shù)等方法與手段,挖掘?qū)＠夹g(shù)特征,判斷相似程度,從中尋找有望進一步構(gòu)建專利組合的潛在技術(shù)、有望建立合作關系的專利主體。針對國內(nèi)某科研機構(gòu)開展的實驗分析結(jié)果顯示,該方法能夠有效地映射出專利技術(shù)的知識單元,能夠為機構(gòu)挖掘自身專利技術(shù)組合可能、機構(gòu)間尋找戰(zhàn)略合作潛在方向等提供有效的決策參考,在大科學時代的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新形勢下具有廣闊的應用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method of analyzing the potential of patent technology combination and cooperation is put forward to mine the characteristics of patent technology by means of data mining, subject identification, association analysis, visualization and so on, aiming at the patent output of a particular institution or field. Judging the degree of similarity, looking for the potential technology of further construction of patent portfolio and the subject of patent cooperation. The results of experimental analysis carried out by a domestic scientific research institution show that the method can effectively map out the knowledge unit of patent technology, and can excavate the possibility of patent technology combination for the institution. Looking for the potential direction of strategic cooperation among institutions provides an effective decision-making reference and has a broad application prospect in the collaborative innovation situation in the era of big science.
