【摘要】：正2015年4月12日,我會(huì)在京召開科技體制改革30周年紀(jì)念座談會(huì)。研究會(huì)方新理事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)科協(xié)王春法書記,研究會(huì)原副理事長(zhǎng)羅偉,明廷華、李惠國(guó)、張永謙、蔣國(guó)華等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老同志及部分在京常務(wù)理事出席座談會(huì),座談會(huì)由穆榮平副理事長(zhǎng)主持。方新理事長(zhǎng)在致辭中指出,從1985年3月13日頒布的《中共中央關(guān)于科學(xué)技術(shù)體制改革的決定》到2015年3月13日的《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于深化體制機(jī)制改革加快實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的若干意見(jiàn)》,30
[Abstract]:On April 12, 2015, I will hold a 30 th Anniversary Symposium on Science and Technology Reform in Beijing. Fang Xin, chairman of the Research Society, Wang Chunfa, secretary of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, and former vice chairman of the Research Society, Luo Wei, Ming Tinghua, Li Huiguo, Zhang Yongqian, Jiang Guohua, and other leaders and veteran comrades, as well as some of the executive directors in Beijing, attended the forum. The forum was presided over by Vice Chairman Mu Rongping. In his speech, President Fang Xin pointed out, From the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on the Reform of the Science and Technology system" promulgated on March 13, 1985 to the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the Reform of the system and Mechanism to accelerate the implementation of the Strategy of Innovation-Driven Development" on March 13, 2015.
