【摘要】：正2016年5月30日,習(xí)近平總書記在全國科技創(chuàng)新大會、兩院院士大會和中國科協(xié)第九次全國代表大會上的講話中指出,"科技創(chuàng)新、科學(xué)普及是實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的兩翼,要把科學(xué)普及放在與科技創(chuàng)新同等重要的位置。沒有全民科學(xué)素質(zhì)普遍提高,就難以建立起宏大的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新大軍,難以實現(xiàn)科技成果快速轉(zhuǎn)化。希望廣大科技工作者以提高全民科學(xué)素質(zhì)為己任,把普及科學(xué)知識、弘揚科學(xué)精神、傳播科學(xué)思想、倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)方法作為義不容辭的責(zé)
[Abstract]:In May 30, 2016, general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the National Conference on scientific and technological innovation, the academicians' Congress and the Ninth National Congress of the China Association for science and technology, that "scientific and technological innovation and popularization of science are two wings to realize the innovation and development. We should put scientific popularization on the same important position with the creation of science and technology. No scientific quality of the whole people is generally mentioned." It is difficult to establish a grand high quality innovation army and difficult to realize the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It is hoped that the general scientific and technological workers will be able to improve the scientific quality of the whole people, popularize scientific knowledge, carry forward the scientific spirit, disseminate scientific ideas, and advocate scientific methods as the responsibility of no words.
