【摘要】：隨著創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn),提升公益類科研院所的創(chuàng)新能力、調(diào)動(dòng)科研人員積極性、促進(jìn)院所科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化顯得越來越重要。這里從宏觀層面總體描述重慶公益類科研院所發(fā)展實(shí)情,針對(duì)8家公益類科研院所發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析科研院所改革發(fā)展亟待解決的關(guān)鍵問題,借鑒和總結(jié)梳理福建省、湖北省、江蘇省科研院所改革發(fā)展的政策舉措,提出推動(dòng)重慶市公益類科研院所改革發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the advance of innovation driving development strategy , the innovation ability of public welfare research institutes is promoted , the enthusiasm of scientific researchers is mobilized , and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of academicians appears more and more important .
