【摘要】：新形勢下建設科技工作者之家是科協(xié)性質(zhì)和宗旨的集中體現(xiàn)�？茀f(xié)要突出廣大科技工作者的主體地位，發(fā)揮主體作用,必須以凝聚科技工作者為前提,“建家”就是最根本最有效的組織手段,是完成科協(xié)各項任務的重要保證。 把各級科協(xié)建設成為科技工作者之家，在目前知識不斷創(chuàng)新、科技突飛猛進的大背景下，具有更加緊迫的現(xiàn)實意義和更為深遠的戰(zhàn)略意義。在嶄新的21世紀，科技創(chuàng)新必將進一步成為社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主導力量。面對越來越激烈的國際競爭，中華民族必須大力發(fā)展科技事業(yè)，，惟有這樣才能傲立于世界民族之林。如何調(diào)動廣大科技工作者的創(chuàng)新積極性以迎接世界知識經(jīng)濟時代到來所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)，如何在新形勢下建設好科技工作者之家，讓科技工作者滿意已成為急切的研究課題。 本文首先對家與科技工作者之家等概念進行全面的梳理，對相關(guān)概念提出自己的界定，通過對國外科技非政府組織概況的介紹，總結(jié)了中外科技非政府組織的不同點，在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了在我國在新形勢下建設科技工作者之家即是建設和諧之家。然后，文章對以往科協(xié)建家工作進行了回顧，特別介紹了我市建設科技工作者之家的歷史沿革及目前項目的進展情況，總結(jié)了目前科協(xié)建家工作中取得的成績和存在的問題。本文用一個章節(jié)的篇幅介紹了針對科技工作者所做的一個社會調(diào)查，用具體的數(shù)據(jù)反映了目前科技工作者的需求狀況，為建家工作奠定了工作基石。接著，文章對科技工作者的需求進行分析，進而提出了新形勢下科協(xié)建家工作的八大平臺建設。最后，本文從加強自身建設和完善外部環(huán)境兩大方面對科協(xié)建家活動提出了對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, the construction of the home of science and technology workers is the concentrated embodiment of the nature and purpose of the Association of Science and Technology. In order to give prominence to the dominant position and play the main role of the vast number of scientific and technological workers, the Association of Science and Technology must take the cohesion of the scientific and technological workers as the premise. "Building a family" is the most fundamental and most effective means of organization and an important guarantee for accomplishing the tasks of the Association. Under the background of continuous innovation of knowledge and rapid progress of science and technology, it is of more urgent practical significance and more far-reaching strategic significance to build science and technology association at all levels into a home for scientific and technological workers. In the new 21 st century, scientific and technological innovation will become the leading force of social and economic development. In the face of more and more fierce international competition, the Chinese nation must vigorously develop scientific and technological undertakings, only in this way can it be proud to stand among the nations of the world. How to arouse the innovation enthusiasm of the vast numbers of scientific and technological workers to meet the challenges brought by the era of knowledge economy in the world, how to build a good home for scientific and technological workers under the new situation, and how to make the scientific and technological workers satisfied has become an urgent research topic. In this paper, the concept of home and the home of science and technology workers is comprehensively combed, and the definition of related concepts is put forward. Through the introduction of the general situation of foreign scientific and technological non-governmental organizations, the differences between Chinese and foreign scientific and technological non-governmental organizations are summarized. On this basis, it is put forward that constructing the home of science and technology workers is the building of harmonious house in our country under the new situation. Then, the article reviews the past work of establishing a family of science and technology association, especially introduces the historical evolution of the construction of science and technology workers' home in our city and the progress of the current project, and summarizes the achievements and existing problems in the construction of the family of science and technology association at present. In this paper, a social survey for scientific and technological workers is introduced in a chapter, and the demand of scientific and technological workers is reflected by specific data, which lays a foundation for the work of family building. Then, the article analyzes the needs of scientific and technological workers, and then puts forward the construction of eight platforms for the construction of science and technology association under the new situation. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the activities of building family from two aspects: strengthening self-construction and perfecting external environment.
