【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)各種學(xué)術(shù)失范行為層出不窮，越來(lái)越多的質(zhì)疑體現(xiàn)在為何默頓規(guī)范不能起到規(guī)范科學(xué)家的行為的作用？默頓規(guī)范的文化背景是什么？中西方文化的差異是否是導(dǎo)致對(duì)默頓規(guī)范遵守程度不同的原因？ 本文在廣泛收集相關(guān)資料基礎(chǔ)上，綜合運(yùn)用比較分析方法和調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法，分析了產(chǎn)生默頓規(guī)范和反規(guī)范的不同文化根源，默頓深受清教文化的影響，但是清教文化并不代表西方文化，同時(shí)由于中西方文化存在差異性，不同的文化必然導(dǎo)致不同的規(guī)范。本文首先從整體上解讀了中西方不同文化，并將中西方文化劃分成幾個(gè)維度做了一個(gè)對(duì)比；其次詳細(xì)地討論默頓四大規(guī)范的內(nèi)涵和文化背景；再次，選取中西方不同文化背景的被試對(duì)默頓規(guī)范的認(rèn)同度做了一個(gè)調(diào)查；根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果，在分析數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，從文化上解釋了產(chǎn)生這些差異的原因，，最后從文化上分析了默頓規(guī)范和與之對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)范各自的合理性， 本文通過(guò)討論中西方文化的不同對(duì)默頓規(guī)范的影響，找出了產(chǎn)生默頓規(guī)范和與之對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)范的文化原因。同時(shí)對(duì)其合理性的一面做出說(shuō)明，為以后構(gòu)建新的科學(xué)規(guī)范提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of a variety of academic misconduct in China, more and more questions are raised as to why Merton norms can not play a role in standardizing the behavior of scientists. What is the cultural background of Merton's norms? Is the difference between Chinese and Western cultures the reason for the different degree of adherence to Merton norms? On the basis of the extensive collection of relevant data and the comprehensive use of comparative analysis and investigation and statistics methods, this paper analyzes the different cultural roots of Merton norms and counter-norms. Merton is deeply influenced by Puritan culture. However, Puritan culture does not represent western culture. At the same time, due to the differences between Chinese and western cultures, different cultures inevitably lead to different norms. Firstly, this paper interprets the different cultures of China and the West as a whole, and divides the Chinese and Western cultures into several dimensions to make a comparison. Secondly, it discusses the connotation and cultural background of Merton's four norms in detail. Thirdly, The participants from different cultural backgrounds in China and the West were selected to do a survey on the recognition of Merton's norms. According to the results of the survey, the reasons for these differences were explained culturally on the basis of the analysis of the data. Finally, from the cultural point of view, the rationality of Merton norm and its corresponding norms are analyzed. This paper discusses the influence of Chinese and Western cultures on Merton norms, and finds out the cultural causes of Merton norms and corresponding norms. At the same time, it explains its rationality, and provides a new way of thinking for the future construction of new scientific norms.
