【摘要】：從科技創(chuàng)新券的基本概念入手,介紹國內(nèi)外目前實(shí)施科技創(chuàng)新券的基本情況和主要效果。對各地實(shí)施創(chuàng)新券的共同訴求、不同側(cè)重進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)結(jié)合廣東科研管理的改革實(shí)踐,對下一步如何設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施好科技創(chuàng)新券政策提出若干針對性較強(qiáng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Starting with the basic concept of technological innovation voucher, this paper introduces the basic situation and main effect of the current implementation of science and technology innovation voucher at home and abroad. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to design and implement the innovation voucher policy in the next step by focusing on the common demand of implementing innovation voucher in different places and combining with the reform practice of scientific research management in Guangdong province.
