【摘要】:摘要:管理大師Peter Ferdinand Drucke曾說(shuō)過(guò):“21世紀(jì)的組織,最有價(jià)值的資產(chǎn)是組織內(nèi)的知識(shí)工作者和他們的生產(chǎn)力!卑殡S著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展越來(lái)越依賴企業(yè)所擁有的知識(shí),企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐灾R(shí)為核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),誰(shuí)擁有尖端知識(shí)誰(shuí)就掌握了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。由此引來(lái)了學(xué)者們對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的研究,催生出了企業(yè)知識(shí)管理這門(mén)學(xué)科。企業(yè)知識(shí)管理能力的評(píng)價(jià)作為知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)的重要環(huán)節(jié),可以找出企業(yè)知識(shí)管理能力的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,進(jìn)而找出改進(jìn)知識(shí)管理能力的對(duì)策,這將推動(dòng)企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的實(shí)施。 首先,筆者闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于知識(shí)管理能力的評(píng)價(jià)方法與提升對(duì)策的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究,分析出國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于該課題的研究現(xiàn)狀、成果與不足,為自己的研究提供了切入點(diǎn)與理論依據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上選擇適宜的研究方法以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,借鑒參考了相關(guān)理論研究成果,綜合運(yùn)用德?tīng)柗品ê虯HP法試圖構(gòu)建一套科學(xué)而精確的、針對(duì)中小企業(yè)知識(shí)管理能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷來(lái)收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析;然后,運(yùn)用回歸分析法對(duì)知識(shí)管理能力的影響因素與知識(shí)管理能力之間的假設(shè)關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果證實(shí)了組織結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化和信息技術(shù)均對(duì)知識(shí)管理能力有重要影響關(guān)系;最后,依據(jù)此種關(guān)系的研究結(jié)論,結(jié)合受調(diào)查的中小型企業(yè)知識(shí)管理能力存在的問(wèn)題,提出一些具有針對(duì)性的提升對(duì)策和建議。圖7幅,表57個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)56篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: Peter Ferdinand Drucke once said, "in 21th century, the most valuable assets of the organization were the knowledge workers in the organization and their productivity." with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, The survival and development of enterprises depend more and more on the knowledge owned by the enterprises. The competition among enterprises is transformed into the competition with knowledge as the core. Who owns the cutting-edge knowledge will master the core competence. As a result, the scholars study the enterprise knowledge management, and give birth to the subject of enterprise knowledge management. The evaluation of enterprise knowledge management ability is an important link in the knowledge management activities. We can find out the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise knowledge management ability, and then find out the countermeasures to improve knowledge management ability, which will promote the implementation of enterprise knowledge management. First of all, the author elaborated the domestic and foreign related literature research on the evaluation method and the promotion countermeasure of the knowledge management ability, analyzed the domestic and foreign research present situation, the achievement and the insufficiency for this topic. It provides a breakthrough point and theoretical basis for our own research. On this basis, we choose the appropriate research methods and statistical analysis methods, and refer to the relevant theoretical research results. Using Delphi method and AHP method to construct a set of scientific and accurate evaluation index system for knowledge management ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then designed a questionnaire to collect relevant data for empirical analysis. An empirical study on the hypothetical relationship between the influencing factors of knowledge management ability and knowledge management ability is carried out by means of regression analysis. The results show that the organizational structure, corporate culture and information technology have important influence on knowledge management ability. Finally, according to the research conclusions of this relationship and the existing problems of knowledge management ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises under investigation, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for improving the knowledge management ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises, including 7 figs, 57 tables and 56 references.
