揚(yáng)州A超市賣場客戶關(guān)系管理現(xiàn)狀分析

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今零售業(yè)市場競爭的加劇,越來越多的企業(yè)在管理發(fā)展問題上更加注重企業(yè)客戶關(guān)系管理。文章在對揚(yáng)州A超市賣場客戶關(guān)系管理現(xiàn)狀詳細(xì)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析影響顧客滿意度的因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)了客戶關(guān)系管理中存在的相關(guān)問題,并針對問題提出了一些對策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the competition in the retail market, more and more enterprises pay more attention to the customer relationship management in the management development. Based on the detailed investigation of the present situation of customer relationship management in Yangzhou A supermarket store, this paper analyzes the factors that affect customer satisfaction, finds out the related problems in customer relationship management, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
