基于客戶關(guān)系管理的遼河油田信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, customer relationship management has become an important aspect of enterprise information management. Since customer relationship involves the management of projects and contracts, it is necessary to maintain and manage projects, contracts and the relationship between them and customer relations. The traditional customer relationship management system can not fully relate to the project and contract, and simply manage the customer information, which can not meet the requirements of today's enterprise Internet system. Aiming at the defects of current customer management, according to the specific business requirements of Liaohe oilfield enterprise networking, this paper designs and practices the Liaohe oilfield enterprise networking network system based on customer relationship management. Firstly, the research work at home and abroad is studied and summarized, and the related theories and key technologies of the system are analyzed and studied, including the theory of customer relationship management, the technology of ASP, the development tool Borland JBuilder2006 and the database management system SQL SERVER2005,. Then the function and performance requirements of the system are analyzed. Secondly, the overall design of the system, including system architecture design, system function design and detailed database design. Then, the system is designed and implemented in detail, the function of each module is described in detail, the flow chart and some codes are given. Finally, the system is tested, and the test results show that the system meets the needs of enterprises and has some advantages in reliability, practicability, stability, speed and safety.
