【摘要】：隨著市場競爭的日益加劇,對(duì)顧客滿意追求已成為眾多商家的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。根據(jù)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn),以提高顧客滿意為主旨,從顧客購買行為和房地產(chǎn)公司的運(yùn)作流程兩方面入手,采用差距分解法尋找造成顧客不滿意的原因,并從客戶關(guān)系管理的角度出發(fā),提出相應(yīng)的解決策略。
[Abstract]:With the increasing market competition, the pursuit of customer satisfaction has become the focus of many businesses. According to the characteristics of the real estate industry, in order to improve the customer satisfaction, this paper starts with the customer purchase behavior and the operation process of the real estate company, and uses the gap decomposition method to find out the causes of the customer dissatisfaction. And from the point of view of customer relationship management, the corresponding solutions are put forward.
