【摘要】:廣東九聯(lián)科技股份有限公司成立于2001年,主要從事數(shù)字電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售和服務(wù),并致力于面向三網(wǎng)融合的家庭多媒體智能終端市場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、方案設(shè)計(jì)和服務(wù)提供,是國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的數(shù)字電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端設(shè)備及技術(shù)服務(wù)提供商。九聯(lián)科技要在“十二五”的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展浪潮中獲得自身的長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,除了需要建立良好的內(nèi)部管理運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制之外,同時(shí),還得抓得住“市場(chǎng)”,在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理日益增強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)技術(shù)相差不大、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差異化縮小的今天,必需把市場(chǎng)銷售管理放在十分重要的位置,并通過(guò)各種行之有效的措施,提供良好的市場(chǎng)銷售服務(wù)、建立牢靠的客戶關(guān)系和客戶信任感,因此,建立一套完善的九聯(lián)科技銷售管理系統(tǒng)不僅能夠幫助企業(yè)提升管理水平和企業(yè)形象,更能為企業(yè)帶來(lái)更多的“隱形”經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文采用宏觀環(huán)境分析方法(PEST模型)和五力分析方法,結(jié)合最新的一些研究數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)告,對(duì)九聯(lián)科技面臨的機(jī)頂盒行業(yè)的宏觀和微觀進(jìn)行了分析,明確了九聯(lián)科技面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境態(tài)勢(shì),同時(shí),通過(guò)內(nèi)部的調(diào)研分析,提出了應(yīng)用信息化手段,通過(guò)對(duì)九聯(lián)科技公司銷售業(yè)務(wù)流程的分析,梳理,提出了優(yōu)化建議與意見,應(yīng)用軟件工程的思維和理念,對(duì)信息化功能點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了九聯(lián)科技銷售管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),建設(shè)九聯(lián)科技自身的銷售管理系統(tǒng),輔助九聯(lián)科技銷售管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Jiulian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and service of digital television network terminal products, and is committed to the product development of home multimedia intelligent terminal market, which is aimed at the integration of three networks. The solution design and service supply, is the domestic leading digital television network terminal equipment and the technical service provider. In order to obtain its own long-term and stable development in the economic development tide of the 12th Five-Year Plan, Jiulian Science and Technology not only needs to establish a good internal management and operation mechanism, but also must grasp the "market." At a time when the standardization management of modern enterprises is increasingly strengthened, the product production technology is not different, and the product quality difference is narrowing, it is necessary to put the marketing management in a very important position and adopt various effective measures. To provide good marketing services, establish solid customer relationship and customer trust, therefore, the establishment of a comprehensive Jiulian technology sales management system can not only help enterprises improve their management level and corporate image, More for the enterprise to bring more "invisible" economic benefits. In this paper, the macroscopical environment analysis method (PEST model) and five forces analysis method are used to analyze the macroscopical and microcosmic of the set-top box industry in Jiulian Science and Technology, combined with some latest research data and reports. This paper clarifies the internal and external environment situation of Jiulian Science and Technology Company, and at the same time, through the internal investigation and analysis, puts forward the application of information technology means, through the analysis of the sales business process of Jiulian Science and Technology Company, combs, puts forward the optimized suggestions and opinions. Based on the thinking and concept of software engineering, this paper analyzes the function points of information technology, realizes the design and realization of Jiulian S & T sales management system, and builds the sales management system of Jiulian Science and Technology itself. Assist in upgrading the management level of Jiulian technology sales.
