基于Web的重慶捷旭公司客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, the speed of information flow is quickening, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The current consumers have a variety of prices of goods to choose from the consumption habits have gradually changed from focusing on commodity prices and quality to focus on product after-sales service and user experience. Only by adapting to the change of consumer consumption habits, maintaining old customers as much as possible and developing new customers, can enterprises retain their advantages in competition. The customer relationship management system comes into being under this background. Customer relationship management system is a kind of management software which pays attention to the relationship between enterprises and customers and devotes to the maintenance and improvement of the relationship between them. Through advanced computer technology, perfect data management function and advanced data analysis ability, its core is to meet the customer's demand, grasp the change of customer's demand, and help the enterprise maintain the customer's life-long value. Based on the actual demand of (JetShine) in Chongqing Jiexu Science and Technology Co., Ltd., using the, Eclipse MyEclipse development environment of PHP language and the Web architecture based on MVC mode, this paper designs and realizes a set of clear structure and perfect function. Practical CRM system based on Web. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) introduce the research background and significance of the subject, expound the development of the customer relationship management system and the current situation of the domestic development, and carry on the accurate positioning for this topic; The key technologies used in the system construction are explained in detail, including PHP language, Smarty template engine, MVC design pattern and so on, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the system. (2) based on the current situation of customer relationship management in Chongqing Jiexu Company, the feasibility of the system is analyzed, and the related requirements of the system are deeply analyzed by means of use case diagram. (3) based on the requirement analysis of the system, the software architecture, functional architecture and security architecture are designed and implemented. (4) Design test cases, through the use of functional testing method to carry out a comprehensive, meticulous test, and the testing process of the problems found in the solution. The final finished CRM system, simple interface, easy to use, good security performance. The system has been put into operation in Chongqing Jiexu Company. During the trial operation, the system functions stably and smoothly, and the function can basically meet the needs of daily work, and the initial design requirements have been completed.
