我國民營物流企業(yè)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:分析我國民營物流企業(yè)所面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),提出差異化戰(zhàn)略是我國民營物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇,指出民營物流企業(yè)在實施差異化戰(zhàn)略時,應(yīng)重點在增值服務(wù)和服務(wù)細節(jié)上差異化、服務(wù)意識及能力上差異化、客戶關(guān)系管理上差異化,相應(yīng)的配套措施是加強企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理,走戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和信息化之路。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the private logistics enterprises in China, puts forward that the differentiation strategy is the inevitable choice for the development of the private logistics enterprises in China, and points out that when the private logistics enterprises implement the differentiation strategy, The emphasis should be placed on the differentiation of value-added services and service details, service consciousness and ability, and customer relationship management. The corresponding supporting measures are to strengthen the internal management of enterprises and take the road of strategic alliance and informatization.
