昆明鐵路局貨運(yùn)組織改革的實(shí)踐與展望

【摘要】:通過(guò)闡述"集中受理、優(yōu)化裝車(chē)"貨運(yùn)組織改革的總體思路,分析了昆明鐵路局在推進(jìn)"集中受理、優(yōu)化裝車(chē)"貨運(yùn)組織改革過(guò)程中取得的成效:依托信息化手段實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路貨運(yùn)服務(wù)方式的變革;實(shí)施有效的客戶關(guān)系管理實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)銷理念的轉(zhuǎn)變;優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃管理的創(chuàng)新;通過(guò)貨運(yùn)營(yíng)銷實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)需求與運(yùn)力資源配置的有機(jī)結(jié)合,提出進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程、完善系統(tǒng)功能,構(gòu)建鐵路貨運(yùn)客戶服務(wù)中心、完善營(yíng)銷機(jī)制,健全配套管理規(guī)章制度,建立靈活的營(yíng)銷組合策略等推進(jìn)"集中受理、優(yōu)化裝車(chē)"貨運(yùn)組織改革的措施。
[Abstract]:Through expounding the general idea of freight organization reform of "centralized acceptance, optimized loading", the paper analyzes that Kunming Railway Bureau is promoting "centralized acceptance". The achievements in the reform of freight transportation organization are as follows: the reform of railway freight service mode depends on information technology, the implementation of effective customer relationship management and the transformation of marketing concept; Optimize the business process to realize the innovation of plan management, realize the organic combination of market demand and transportation resource allocation through freight marketing, further optimize the business process, perfect the system function, construct the railway freight customer service center, Perfect marketing mechanism, perfect supporting management rules and regulations, set up flexible marketing combination strategy to promote "centralized acceptance, optimize loading" freight organization reform measures.
